A Letter From Us

If you had told us years ago we’d be building a fabrication business, representing plasma tables, and helping other businesses improve their systems, we probably wouldn’t have believed you.

None of this started as a polished plan. It grew from experience, from mistakes, from doing the work ourselves, and from seeing problems worth solving.

Ryan’s path began in fabrication: years spent welding, building, troubleshooting, and learning firsthand what works in a real shop and what doesn’t. Some of his concepts and learning Osha approved, some needing a little refinement to meet those requirements. With a recent CDL licensing, Ryan opened the doors to new opportunities that align with fabrication work.

Ciara’s path came through healthcare, process improvement, and a growing interest in how better systems can reduce friction and help people work smarter, not harder. A recent completion of a bachelor's in business marketing and administration helped hone the skills Ciara already had, while learning new skills to improve how to best help clients.

Different backgrounds, but a shared passion for what we do.

Designed With Sparks grew from real fabrication work and a commitment to reliable production support. In the beginning, we took on just about every kind of job that came our way, using those opportunities to learn, refine our skills, and better understand where we could provide the most value. Over time, that helped shape our focus and refine our offerings into work that supports both our clients and the systems that make our shop run well. Today, contract cutting and parts processing allow us to maximize efficiency, maintain fast turnaround times, and deliver well-built products our clients can depend on.

Our partnership with Cyrious Plasma Tables grew out of our own experience using the equipment and a desire to help others choose the right tools with honest, real-world guidance. We have operated our own Cyrious table since 2019, and that firsthand experience matters. With a fully welded frame, SheetCAM systems, and strong customer support, it is a product we believe in and are proud to represent. Just as importantly, we value partnering with another American-built company that shares our commitment to quality.

Sparks Strategy Co. grew from the same belief that businesses often do not need more complexity. They need clearer systems that actually work. Through both business ownership and lived experience, improving messy, inefficient processes, we have seen how much friction the right systems can remove. Helping other businesses succeed, whether they are just getting started or looking to scale, is something we care deeply about.

These may look like separate businesses, but they are closely connected. Each is built around solving problems, improving systems, and helping good people do good work.

What we believe is simple. Practical beats complicated. Reliability matters. Partnership matters. And good systems create room for growth.
